Rachel Rapport is an LA native who started a family in Tarzana, CA, with her husband, Brandon. After graduating with honors from SUNY Potsdam with a degree in Business Administration, minoring in Music Business, she returned to LA, eager to employ her drive and entrepreneurial spirit to help those around her. Rachel founded Prestige Management and Consulting in 2011. Helping clients understand their financial health and guiding them through every step of start-up, and financial compliance is nuanced. Known for leveraging negotiations and operational expertise to cut costs, Rachel helps businesses increase profitability by developing strategic, tailored solutions that uplift organizations through mentorship and educational opportunities. Much like parenthood, start-up comes with the promise of sleepless nights, work that never stops, and countless fulfilling moments that make it all worth it. Rachel and Brandon’s daughter, Baylee was born in May of 2018. At this point, the hustle to maintain equilibrium doubled. Rachel reimagined her business and worked with family, friends, and her husband to ensure Baylee was provided for. Jetting from one client’s office to another 6 days a week and finding meaningful time to share with family felt nearly impossible. When COVID restrictions were put in place in 2020, Prestige Management was imagined once more. This time with the gravity and foresight of a global pandemic in mind; family, sustainability of self, and most of all balance are front and center. With risk comes reward, is an adage that Rachel lives by and perfects.
