Businesses need effective tools and strategies to help them protect and grow their companies, to hire and retain an engaged and competent workforce, and to ensure compliance in today’s challenging environment.

Helping individuals and families work towards realizing their financial goals is another important aspect of my business. Financial planning is often perceived as a service for the wealthy and super-wealthy. Coming from a blue-collar background, I  know that people who don’t have millions of dollars saved for retirement, college, or other financial goals need financial guidance, too.

Understanding the unique needs and goals of each client or business before making any recommendations is essential to my financial planning process. As an independent financial advisor, I receive no financial incentives to recommend one investment or product over another. I, however, work with other companies, like Compliance401K and Plan Confidence, to add valuable services that my clients need and that other advisors may not be providing.
