I help women bring clarity and calm to their finances so money can support their lives instead of constantly demanding their attention. My work focuses on reducing stress, building confidence, and creating simple financial systems that work in real life, especially during complex caregiving and family seasons.
Before becoming a financial coach, I spent more than 15 years as a special education teacher and administrator, supporting families navigating high levels of responsibility, uncertainty, and emotional load. That experience deeply shaped how I approach financial coaching today. I understand how limited time, decision fatigue, and competing priorities can make finances feel overwhelming, even when things appear “okay” on the surface.
I often work with women caregivers, including those supporting children or family members with disabilities, as well as military families and women navigating major life transitions. Many of my clients are thoughtful and capable, but feel stuck, hesitant to make decisions, or unsure they can trust themselves financially. My role is to help bring structure and clarity back into the picture without pressure or judgment.
Together, we create financial systems that fit your real life, reduce the mental load money can carry, and build confidence in your day-to-day decisions. The goal is not perfection, but stability and ease, so your finances can run more quietly in the background and you can focus your energy on the people and priorities that matter most.
