With more than 20 years of HR and management experience primarily in financial services, I have advised independent business owners on how to manage and maximize talent in their firms to grow revenue, improve results and motivate employees. I help firms that are growing, but who lack the proficiency, desire or time to address ongoing HR strategy.
I offer transformative HR expertise that takes companies to the next level. I guide firms in strategizing solutions to address the ever-changing workplace, including issues arising from remote work, virtual recruiting and onboarding, leadership, culture creation, and employee engagement. I have presented at numerous conferences, published a number of articles and am an experienced crisis counselor having worked with suicidal adults and teens. This experience taught me the importance of empathy, the art of listening, and the ability to remain calm and diffuse highly emotional situations. These skills elevate the work I do with advisors to create and implement people strategies that increase motivation and engagement, and deliver better results.
I am a life-long learner. In addition to my MBA, I’ve earned a certificate in behavioral finance and most recently completed my graduate studies in employment law.
