Purse Strings engages financial professionals who are willing, ready, and able to serve a female market. Our Purse Strings Approved Professionals (PSAPs for short!) are financial professionals who have:
- Clearly articulated their desire to serve a female market
- Earned designations that set them apart to help women (such as CDFAs or CDS)
- Created careers that uniquely serve women in situations where help wasn’t easily found – like Widowhood, Financial Abuse, Post-divorce financials to name a few.
Many of our professionals come with their own stories and experiences which led them to help women and make an impact in the financial industry. Our professionals are handpicked or referred to us by current PSAPs. All Professionals go through an interview process and all licenses and designations are validated. Purse Strings Approved Professionals are provided ongoing training, education and expert resources that continually help them sharpen their skills to serve a female market.

How does your current professional add up?
We want women to surround themselves with a talented and thoughtful team of experts who will help them plan for their future. Yet, we are keenly aware that so many providers in these industries lack the skill set to work with women and their unique needs.
There are things to look for when finding the right professional for your needs: flexibility, empathy, creativity, strategy, and work style. Take the questionnaire and find out how your current pro stacks up—and if you could use the advice of a Purse Strings Approved™ Professional who’s qualified to meet your expectations.
